When I Fall (Alabama Summer Book 3) Kindle Edition by J. Daniels Review
Reed is known by all for his one night stands and strict no relationships lifestyle. After being severely burned by his high school love Reed decided that no woman would ever make him look the fool again. Good looks, a dirty mouth, and a reputation as a bad boy with Southern charm has pretty much guaranteed Reed all of the company that he could want in his bed without any of the hassle of deeper connections. Reed doesn't lead the women on. He is always clear in what he wants from them and it seems to work for him for nine years. However, Reed's number is up and his days as a carefree bed hopper is about to come to a screeching halt. When he is kissed by Beth, a girl new to town and not aware of his strict no kissing policy, Reed is thrown off of his game. It's a kiss that he can't shake, can't stop thinking about and he's not at all happy about that. Not only has this girl shaken him up but the one woman he hoped to never see again is back in town and bringing back up all of the bad feelings that he thought that he had successfully suppressed. Reed's world is quickly turned upside down.
Beth is new in town after her mother dies and she is left homeless. Fortunately for Beth she has discovered a long lost aunt who has invited her to come live with them and start her life over. Young, scared, and just a little naive Beth is nothing like the women Reed is used to dealing with. Beth is sweet, a bit impulsive, and quietly strong. Living the life that she did before moving to Alabama didn't harden her or make her bitter. Beth was still able to hold on to her belief in people. When Beth sets her mind on helping Reed show his ex girlfriend Molly that he is completely over her Reed doesn't stand a chance. All of Reeds carefully constructed rules and limitations are suddenly null and void when it comes to Beth. She is making him feel and react in ways that he hoped would never catch up to him. From Beth and Reeds very first meeting sparks fly and Reed just doesn't get to hold back they way that he has with all of his one night stands. Although Beth is a sweet girl she give it back as good as she gets it and surprises Reed with what she wants from him. Don't ever underestimate a quiet girl who reads erotica on her Kindle, she just might surprise you!
WHEN I FALL is a quick, sexy, funny, and sometimes emotional romance. Well written and full of interesting characters

From NY Times and USA Today Bestselling author, J. Daniels
Book three in the Alabama Summer series.
For the past nine years, I’ve kept my heart as far away from my dick as possible.
Those two can’t be anywhere near each other. They don’t play nice, and one of them undoubtedly winds up getting hurt.
Not my dick. My dick is good.
The women I take home know exactly what they’re getting from me—sex. Nothing more. At least, that’s what’s supposed to happen. The sweet brunette from Kentucky I set my sights on tonight shouldn’t have been any different. I had her right where I wanted her. Where I needed her. But when my past comes walking into McGill’s pub, the woman in my arms decides to take things to a whole new level, putting me into a situation I never saw coming.
My heart is about to get f****d. My dick can sit this one out.
